R. David Dunn, CCRM is the collision repair industry's leading consultant and teacher. He is the managing director and co-founder of Masters. Additionally Dave owns and operates Dave's Auto Body in Galesburg, Illinois, one of the most successful collision repair shops in the US. Dave is the author of Liquid Amalgam, the highly acclaimed book that addresses service company management. Dave is a licensed teacher of post secondary education.

Natalie M. Kessler is the co-owner and director of education at Masters. Natalie is one of the few adult education experts in the world. Natalie also co-founded Masters Educational Services in Illinois. Her influence has impacted the Masters curriculum creating a sharp contrast between common seminars and a real learning environment. She is best known for creating many custom developed educational programs for corporate customers within the collision repair industry.

Gerry Enders, CCRM is the bodyshop director at Auto Square Collision Center in southern California. He is a trained educator with a background in the paint industry. Gerry helps the dealership student with the unique issues new car dealer shops face.

Chuck Zimmer, CCRM is the most knowledgeable operations and systems consultant in North America. Chuck has worked extensively with both the dealer and independent world, and formerly managed a group of collision shops for North America's largest bodyshop consolidator.

Rob Dunn, CCRM is currently the Production Manager at Dave's Auto Body in Galesburg, IL. He also has extensive human resource experience and has been instrumental in the development of the Masters program Cycle Time™ & Production Management™.
